Job Title: Ongoing Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

PTW is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ongoing Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management department, you will be responsible for cultivating and building long-term relationships with developers and publishers in the European games services market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with existing business accounts within the European games services market
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and trade shows to present PTW/1518 services
  • Create effective solutioning that matches back to client requirements
  • Cross-sell PTW services to existing clients
  • Work with Delivery and support teams to maximize time spent engaging with clients

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through building relationships
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to forecast opportunities
  • Self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for gaming and experience with CRM tools
