About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at PTW, a boutique games services company. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our existing business accounts within the European games services market.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing relationships with existing business accounts
- Attending client meetings, presentations, and trade shows
- Presenting PTW services in line with briefs
- Creating effective solutions that match client requirements
- Cross-selling PTW services to existing clients
- Working with delivery and support teams to maximize time spent engaging with clients
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in account management
- Proven track record of exceeding targets through building relationships
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to forecast opportunities
- Self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for gaming and experience with CRM tools
