Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Lisbon Hub team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to senior BCG leaders, ensuring seamless execution of internal and external commitments in a fast-paced client service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule client/internal meetings and events, anticipating and managing complex calendars
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking and unbooking hotels and transportation
  • Process timesheets and expenses in a timely manner
  • Anticipate and solve problems before they arise, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Support high-leverage activities for executives and case teams, conducting research and gathering information to help problem solve questions
  • Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders' teams, ensuring they have the information they need to succeed
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office product suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) preferred
  • Curiosity and drive to learn about the big picture, with a willingness to ask questions and exercise judgment
  • Insight and ability to connect the dots, identify patterns, and make predictions
  • Teaming and execution skills, with a commitment to getting the job done well and efficiently
