Transcom, a global leader in customer experience and omnichannel solutions, is seeking an experienced Candidate to join our vibrant team as a Customer Support Specialist.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will act as a key point of contact between our clients and their customers, providing exceptional support via various communication channels. You will be responsible for delivering timely and effective resolutions to inquiries, issues, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex customer issues with precision and care
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their customers by fostering empathy and understanding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and client satisfaction

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in French (C1 or above)
  • Advanced English language skills (B1 or above)
  • Able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
  • Excellent written communication skills to convey empathetic responses
  • An analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their customers
