Job Overview
The Customer Relationship Management Business Solutions Specialist will facilitate effective communication between business categories and operational teams, drive CRM project progress, and capture forecasts to support campaign rollouts. Additionally, the job involves coordinating engagement, onboarding, and training sessions, collecting feedback for continuous improvement, and serving as a single point of contact for IMS CRM Services.
A day in the life of...
We gather information from business categories and keep operational teams informed about scope of work, timings, volumes, brand guidelines, etc. We support defining efficient ways of working between business categories and CRM Services' internal and external partners. We create and monitor CRM project progress, capturing forecasts for internal and external partners. We drive the operational rollout/localization of global and local CRM projects to markets, liaising with internal and external partners and/or markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information from business categories and keep operational teams informed
- Support defining efficient ways of working between business categories and CRM Services' internal and external partners
- Create and monitor CRM project progress
- Capture forecasts for CRM Services' internal and external partners
- Drive the operational rollout/localization of global and local CRM projects to markets
- Schedule and conduct CRM Services engagement, onboarding & training sessions with Centralized Category/Brand teams and/or Markets
- Collect feedback from business category requestors (global & local) to analyze and generate insights for improvements
- Inform business category global team on IMS services available and support their activation
Requirements
- Experience in project management with stakeholder management
- Experience in a global or multi-market environment
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles
- Knowledge of CRM tools and technology, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Klaviyo as a plus
- Experience in change management
- Experience in training other teams
