Customer Support Representative for Multinational Tech Firm

Grow-Talent.com is partnering with a leading global technology business to find an English-speaking Customer Support Agent for their Lisbon office. We are seeking an individual who can communicate effectively with customers, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and provide professional support.
This role involves communicating with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be able to identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions within set time limits. Additionally, the candidate will need to document actions taken, categorize cases, and collaborate with other specialists to resolve help tickets.
We require an individual who is fluent in English (C1 level), has previous experience in similar roles, and possesses excellent writing and verbal communication skills. A resourceful and stress-resilient personality, ability to meet deadlines, and work independently as part of a team are essential.
The successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. Benefits include a fixed schedule, life insurance, meal allowance, private health insurance, yearly performance bonus, relocation allowance, and assistance in finding accommodation.
Salary: €38,000 - 42,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate is based on average salaries in Lisbon for a Customer Support Agent with a similar skillset and qualifications.
