About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to drive the acquisition and management of short-term rental partnerships. This individual will be responsible for expanding our coverage within partner customer bases, increasing market penetration, and shaping our GTM motion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a robust pipeline of potential partners through outbound marketing strategies and collaboration with regional solution consultant and product specialist teams.
  • Closely coordinate with internal integrations and development teams to accelerate integration processes.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing PMS partners to increase share of wallet and penetration.
  • Analyze key partner engagement metrics, including # of mutual users, share of wallet, feature coverage, partner satisfaction/health, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee co-marketing campaigns and joint webinars.
About You

A minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management working with international partners is preferred. Proven track record in successfully onboarding new partners, showcasing persistence and sales-oriented mindset in outbound scenarios.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 (inclusive of bonuses and benefits) based on industry standards and location.
