Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide level 1 support for our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 technical support for network-related issues
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
- Meet customer service SLAs and KPIs
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical background in engineering for TCP/IP and networks
- Experience in network operations or on-field operations
- Proven experience of remote or on-site support
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work to targets (SLAs)

- Excellent teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic and great attitude towards learning
- Experience managing service and/or operational level agreements
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- A high standard of written and spoken English and German
