About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager/Sales Specialist to join our European team based in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the solar energy market in Spain across various sales channels. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts, identifying their technical, financial, and logistical needs, and creating targeted sales campaigns to explore new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the solar energy market in Spain across various sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, identifying their technical, financial, and logistical needs.
- Create targeted sales campaigns to explore new business opportunities.
- Analyze and monitor sales data, and generate periodic reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Report all activities, including sales and account management, to the Sales Director on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the solar energy sector, preferably in PV modules or solar trackers.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-focused orientation.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in international business environment, operations, and practices.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
