We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Adecco Pt. This is a unique opportunity to work with us for approximately 3 months, followed by the possibility of integration with our client.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complaints and satisfactions to improve the quality of service provided by the hotel group. They will accompany our guests post-check-out, analyzing and responding to complaints and comments, as well as processing data collected online and offline to present results to teams and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish; French is an asset.
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in operations, such as guest relations, concierge, or receptionist.
- Strong argumentation skills and ability to conduct meetings effectively.
- Availability for occasional trips to Lisbon.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is €25,000 - €30,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Porto.
