Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a key member of our Process Excellence team, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries via phone or email regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and complaints.
- Service claims intake: Register service claims reported by customers in the appropriate system and provide resolutions when possible.
- Transactional activities: Process debit and credit notes in SAP4H and LOTS, as well as return products in ERP.
- FOLLOW REGULATORY AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS.
- Partner with Business and Customers to drive results.
- Participate in projects: Continuous improvement - work together with the Customer Service CI responsible and Customer Service Team Leader, and Sales Force to identify areas needing improvement and participate in continuous improvement activities/projects identified.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree (desired in life sciences and/or bioscience) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Spanish health sector.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytic tools.
- Experience with SAP, LOTS (AS400), and SalesForce is a plus.
- A hands-on and solution-oriented mentality that results in a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and growth mindset.
We offer a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, learn new skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
