About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Solution Delivery: Offer tailored solutions to address various customer concerns, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and precision.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by embracing our company culture and working closely with your colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Must be a native French speaker or possess a C2 level of fluency.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm, a customer-first mindset, and the willingness to learn.
  • Eligibility: Candidates must hold a valid EU ID or residence card.
Work Details
  • Location: This is an on-site position at our Porto office.
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, with working hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
  • Estimated Salary: €20,000 - €25,000 per year, depending on experience.
