Customer Support Role

At Eco Plus Solutions Ab, we are seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued French-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from French-speaking customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to billing, services, technical support, and product offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and upsell where appropriate.
  • Accurately log and document all customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve our products, services, and processes.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and billing, to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Strong communication skills in English are also highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
