French Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a French Language Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in French, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product and service-related questions, billing inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, feedback, and innovative ideas for improving customer service processes.
- Fluent in French: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French are mandatory.
