About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Network Expansion Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our network of healthcare providers. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new providers who align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Development: Identify and establish relationships with qualified healthcare providers who share our commitment to exceptional care.
  • Onboarding: Guide new providers through our comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality care through our platform.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, addressing their needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data to track recruitment progress, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions to optimize provider acquisition strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless experience for providers.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve our provider recruitment and onboarding processes to increase efficiency and provider satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer discovery, early-stage startups, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skillset: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using recruitment tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.
