About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to spearhead growth in the Iberian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and expanding our presence in Portugal and Spain. Your role will focus on managing existing accounts and driving new business development across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Maintain current sales levels while growing existing relationships.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging knowledge of the education sector and public tender processes.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Requirements

We are looking for a sales expert with 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector or related fields. You should be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish with a good level of English, and have familiarity with the public tendering process in Portugal and/or Spain. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and adaptability to pivot strategies based on industry trends and client needs.

Bonus and Benefits
