About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Device Support Professional to join our team. As a Device Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in technical troubleshooting (1 year mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
