Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Executive Jet Management, Inc. As a key member of our Owner Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the first point of contact between Owners and NetJets, answering incoming calls and dealing with e-mails, faxes, messages, and online requests
- Assist customers in their specific enquiries, new flight reservation requests, and changes on existing reservations
- Provide information to Owners regarding airports, restrictions, aircraft performance, documents required for travel, and other details to deliver an uncompromising level of service
- Loading the flight details of new reservations and changes accurately and promptly into the reservations system (IJET/ETM)
- Guarantee the flight's feasibility by checking information in the reservation system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Tourism preferred
- Experience in customer-facing or call centre environments
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German as well as one of the following languages: Russian, French, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Polish, Slovak, Czech, Turkish, Greek
