Key Quality Assurance Specialist In Lisbon

We are seeking a skilled Key Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in sunny Lisbon, Portugal. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of our customer support team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing top issues and working closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement;
- Mentoring agents on their quality performance and delivering training on new or changing policies;
- Developing process documentation and managing investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions;
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A native level of Dutch or Flemish and a B2/C1 level of English;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a Shared Service Center or comparable environment;
- Preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience within quality control/analysis or an audit;
- The ability to adapt quickly to changes in workflows, such as updates in policies and guidelines;
