Key responsibilities include:




  1. Collaborate with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional manner.
  2. Offer an omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  3. Develop a sound understanding of New Balance products and services.
  4. Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.


Requirements include:




  1. A fluent level of Dutch with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  2. A high level of English (both written and spoken).
  3. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  4. Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  5. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  6. A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.


Benefits include:




  1. A start date of ASAP.
  2. A temporary contract with a 3-month duration and a 1-month probation period.
  3. A part-time schedule of 25 hours/week.
  4. Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
  5. A salary of €12,435.89 gross per year.
  6. Top performance incentives.
  7. Holidays: 24 calendar days per year, plus paid bank holidays and an extra day in lieu.
  8. Hybrid schedule: 4 days per month at the office for training purposes.
  9. Training: 8 days of full-time training.
  10. Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
