We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Events Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities;
  • Coordinate events and activities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Collaborate with the hotel's operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery;
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding guest expectations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
