Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sous-Chef to join our pre-opening team at Andaz Lisbon. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, working closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high-quality standards, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in menu development, food planning, and production
  • Ability to motivate and train a kitchen team
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Pre-opening experience preferred
