Job Summary:

The Subscription Growth Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective subscription management. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to drive revenue growth through subscription management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Fluent German essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Articulate and professional.
