At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Assist with Product and Service Inquiries: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and provide accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Document Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating our system accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Native Proficiency in French: You must be fluent in French, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: While not mandatory, previous experience in customer service will be an asset.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset are necessary to succeed in this position.
Work Schedule

We offer a rotational shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with fixed Sunday off plus one rotational day off during the week.
