Slovenian Customer Service Representative for JTI Tobacco

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Slovenian-speaking customer service representative to join our team at Teleperformance Greece.
About the Role:
As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers calling, emailing, or chatting with us about JTI's products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries about JTI's products and services
- Utilizing your communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide a seamless experience
You will also have the opportunity to develop strong problem-solving skills, work as part of a dynamic team, and gain valuable experience working for a multinational company.
**Salary:** Competitive monthly salary + 2 extra salaries per year, providing a total annual remuneration of approximately €18,000 - €22,000 depending on qualifications and experience (note: this is an estimate based on market standards for similar roles in the region)

**Requirements:**
- Fluency in Slovenian
