We're looking for someone who can bring their human best to this role. As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll support the RRP Iberia team in executing CX plans, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and exceptional execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Finance: Handle payment processes for CX initiatives, including POs, PRs, and GRs, aligning with investment strategies for your designated market.

Ancillary Services Coordination: Conduct follow-up and feedback meetings with agencies involved in projects to ensure accurate execution of planned activation strategies supporting the CX Manager.

Activation: Execute CX plans in close partnership with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Digital, Consumer, Sales, PPO, Legal, and HQ.

Monitoring: Prepare market analysis and conduct field visits to assess project contributions to target results throughout different phases of the consumer journey (awareness, trial, acquisition, and retention).

Planning Support: Provide support for assigned projects, developing key timelines and milestones, and monitoring actions against plan, taking corrective actions as needed.

Liaison: Collaborate with other internal departments to provide category knowledge and best practices, ensuring coherent and consistent merchandising and promotional strategies are delivered to support launches.

**Requirements:**

We're seeking candidates with a university degree and at least 2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Distribution/Retail multinational companies. Previous experience in consumer experience, partnerships/festivals/horecas is a plus.

Candidates should have fluency in English and local language skills, be curious, flexible, and enjoy operating in dynamic environments.

**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

This role involves various assessments, including phone screening, assessment tests, interviews, and an offer. Each step is eliminatory and may vary by role type.
