About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Lingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Language Matters. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our German, French, and UK customers across multiple channels.

As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in German, French, and English. You will be responsible for delivering expert advice on our products, assisting with sales inquiries, and ensuring a professional and friendly customer experience.

We offer a competitive salary package, including £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as hybrid working, allowing you to balance work from home and office time. Our company is based in the West Midlands, close to Birmingham, and offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product support via telephone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience while assisting customers safely
  • Ensure all inquiries via telephone and email are responded to in a timely manner (inbound and outbound calls)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our system and products to provide guidance and advice on our products and services
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in German, French, and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a help desk role is desirable, but not essential.
