We're seeking a talented Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team and help push our innovative Electric Vehicle Charging solutions into the Portuguese market. Based in Oporto or Lisboa, you'll report directly to our Iberia Business Development Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a pioneer with a technical and commercial profile to gain knowledge of the country landscape, identify new growth opportunities, and support the expansion of our eMobility solutions. As a Senior Business Growth Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore business opportunities for eMobility in Portugal, working closely with marketing, technical teams, and sales peers to deliver unified solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, including end-users, installers, fleet operators, CPOs, distributors, and specifiers, through clear communication and tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies with customer-specific targets, forecasts, and plans to meet business development goals.
  • Market Education: Educate the market on eMobility benefits through workshops and events, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communication for engaging clients and closing deals.
  • Technical Competence: Ability to comprehend and analyze technical specifications and tender requests.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify and acquire new customers.
  • Language Proficiency: Native Portuguese speaking and very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements include a bachelor's or master's degree, minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, and a willingness to travel as required.
