Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for New Balance EMEA, you will be working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.

You will be expected to put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyze their problems, and offer individual solutions. This role involves offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.

To excel in this role, you will need to develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client. You will become an expert on all things New Balance and embody our company values as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • A high level of English (both written and spoken).
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Benefits

This temporary contract offers a competitive salary of €18,400 per year, paid bank holidays, and one extra day in lieu. Additionally, you will enjoy hybrid working arrangements, four days per month at the office, and eight days of full-time training based in Barcelona.
