At Cross Border Talents, we're on the hunt for a talented Dutch speaker to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative in the automotive services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading digital platform and make a real impact on customers' lives.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and customer care. As a Dutch-speaking representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to international customers. Your role will involve resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer frequently asked questions and provide product information
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Dutch language proficiency at C2 level, with English at B2 or higher
  • Tech enthusiasm and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Customer focus and empathy
  • Flexibility and adaptability
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: 1,010 EUR (14 payments/year)
  • Performance bonus up to 100 EUR/month for meeting KPIs
  • Meal allowance: 7.23 EUR/day
  • Transport allowance: 20 EUR/month
