We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Channel Development Specialist in Northern Italy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business forward and achieving our goals.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization where you can grow your skills and expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Development and consolidation of the sales channel dedicated (B2B)
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor new sales agencies
  • Achievement of the set targets both in terms of volumes and margins
  • Collaborate in the development of procedures and methodologies for sales' and onboarding's quality
  • Promote and ensure that safety, environment, and quality policies are followed
