As a Product Marketing Manager at Sword Health, Inc, you will play a critical role in bringing new products to market, driving adoption and deeper engagement amongst benefits leaders, health plans, partners, and members. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to uncover insights about business and consumer audiences, utilizing findings and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

You will serve as the voice of the customer with internal teams, crafting compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that helps business and consumer audiences understand the value of Sword's solutions. You will build and lead cross-functional go-to-market plans for product releases, collaborating with Product Management, Clinical, Design, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Enrollment, and other relevant teams to ensure effective execution of launch, adoption, and engagement plans.

You will also support our commercial teams with training, market insight, reporting, and tools that enable them to effectively sell our solutions, track performance of products, gather feedback from members, analyze behavior, and identify opportunities for product and marketing improvements.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Sword Health, Inc, you will have the opportunity to work alongside 800+ talented colleagues, spanning two continents, and make a significant difference on a massive scale as you help us build a pain-free world, powered by technology, enhanced by people — accessible to all.

What We're Looking For:

  • A desire to work for a mission-driven company that helps improve lives of our patients on a day-to-day basis;
  • 6+ years of relevant product marketing experience;
  • Proven success developing and launching insights-driven, go-to-market, and product adoption campaigns;
  • Strong background in making complex products easy to understand by diverse B2B and B2C (B2B2C) audiences;
  • Highly data-driven, with strong ability to use insights to frame recommendations;
  • Strategic thinker who also drives forward tactical execution;
  • Exemplary project management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean and demanding work environment;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and work effectively with a team;
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
