**Product Marketing Manager Job Description**


As a Product Marketing Manager at Hexa People, you will play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new features, releases, and updates across our products. This involves translating complex technical features into clear, customer-centric value propositions, empowering both sales teams and customers. Your mission is to craft compelling messaging that resonates with key audiences and drives product adoption, revenue growth, and brand awareness. You will be responsible for aligning product positioning and messaging with target markets, leading product launches, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams for successful execution of go-to-market strategies.


**Responsibilities**



  • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging that resonates with target markets.
  • Lead product launches and collaborate with sales and marketing teams for successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, while monitoring competitors to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment on product vision, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Enable sales teams with training, collateral, and product insights for seamless execution of product launches and campaigns.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success, such as customer acquisition, retention, and market share.
  • Use customer feedback and data insights to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Develop tools and resources for sales teams, including battle cards, pricing and packaging strategies, and product demos to enhance customer engagement.
  • Use metrics to track performance and optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrate strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**



  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within SaaS, cloud computing, or IT management industries.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing SaaS products.
  • Experience in creating impactful marketing materials, such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating messaging that aligns with customer needs and business goals.
  • Familiarity with agile software development.
