We're seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Support Specialist to join our team at KCS IT. As an essential member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support services to our clients using Atlassian tools.

About the Role

This is a mid-level position that requires 3-5 years of experience in providing technical support with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of IBM Primavera and excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in support with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in support with Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge on IBM Primavera - mandatory
  • English and Portuguese language proficiency - mandatory
