The Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building strong relationships with clients. Your objectives will include conducting regular Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs), monitoring account Key Metrics, and providing feedback to our product team based on customer insights.

About You
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, ideally within SaaS environments.
  • Portuguese native speaker and fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard, train, and support customers to maximize their success with our product.
  • A team-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments but can also independently drive results.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships, turning challenges into opportunities for enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Monitor account Key Metrics and NPS responses to proactively address any issues.
  • Develop and execute account-specific success plans that align with client objectives and maximize product usage.
What We Offer

Coverflex offers a competitive total gross package ranging from €26,000 to €34,500, including variable compensation and other benefits.
