About the Role:
You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, supporting our Spanish learners via phone/email and responding to their needs while ensuring continuous follow-up in their training. As a consultant/advisor, you'll provide guidance on training and pedagogy, addressing diverse requests.
To excel in this position, you'll need good equipment such as a computer, headset, and internet connection.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team to keep them updated on client progress in the language program.
We're looking for a Learning Consultant Intern who can actively solve doubts and provide guidance on language, goFLUENT services, or issues. Strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and advanced English, are essential.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
- Assist learners who need help through calls or emails following documented processes and supervisor guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints.
