At Tock, we're looking for a highly motivated Field Account Executive to support our expansion in major metropolitan markets. As part of our dynamic sales organization, you'll work with top restaurants, entrepreneurs, and restaurant owners to build strategic relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a high-quality pipeline of prospective customers in your territory
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pitch development and execution
  • Work with current Tock customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Cultivate relationships throughout the target restaurants' organizations

You'll have the opportunity to focus on building strong relationships, leveraging your understanding of each customer's business and growth plans to find tailored solutions. Additionally, you'll establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to pipeline generation and exceed sales revenue goals.

About You:
  • 7+ years of experience selling to restaurants or the hospitality industry (E-commerce or SaaS ideal)
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales quotas and developing business development strategies
  • Intrinsically motivated with experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline

The base salary for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 USD, plus cash compensation and equity in the company. Tock empowers restaurants, bars, and wineries with tools needed to build successful businesses and deliver exceptional experiences. Our team of over 1,700 is headquartered in New York City, with offices in Chicago, Dublin, Ireland, Aveiro, Portugal, and coworking spaces in the UK, Netherlands, and Australia.
