Maxi-Cosi, a world-leading juvenile products company, seeks an experienced Retail Care Representative to build strong relationships with retail partners and consumers.

Job Overview

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for retail partners and consumers, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person visits. You will proactively engage with retail partners to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners and consumers, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage with retail partners to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Process retail orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of products to retail stores.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners to communicate performance insights and recommendations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer care, or related roles.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with consumers, build rapport, and communicate effectively across diverse channels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
