Customer Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented French language customer support specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

About the Role

As a French language customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our French-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inquiries about clients' experiences, satisfaction, and opinions about provided services.
  • Contact B2B and B2C clients to convince them to participate in surveys.
  • Gather information from clients by filling in questionnaires with them.
  • Evaluate products and/or services based on client feedback.
  • Follow up on calls and their results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native-level French language skills.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Secondary diploma completed.
  • Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude.
