We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a representative of Blu Selection, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across the globe.

About the Role

As an Automotive Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional solutions to any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and resolving customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services
  • Troubleshooting digital malfunctions and correcting data-related issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Fluent German language skills with excellent English proficiency
