About This Role

At Cross Border Talents, we're seeking a highly skilled and fluent French-speaking customer support specialist to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support to resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, and accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information in our system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction and care.
Requirements:
  • Native fluency in French (compulsory)
  • C1 level of English for internal communication and documentation
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems to manage customer interactions
