Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Crypto Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to users engaged in P2P transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have experience in customer service, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. You must also be fluent in one or more languages at a native or business level and familiar with Binance P2P.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers over chat regarding P2P transactions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to crypto payments.
  • Provide information about Binance P2P services.
