  • Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a friendly, effective, and professional manner.
    • Work with a dynamic and driven team to deliver outstanding customer service.
    • Be proactive and quick to adapt to changing customer needs.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Requirements:
    • Fluency in Hebrew (C2 level).
    • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level).
    • Basic computer skills, with advanced skills in coding preferred.
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
