About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Predictive Maintenance Consultant to join our team at Stratio Automotive. As a key member of our Customer Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance.
  • Manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle, from initial project deployment to ongoing adoption and optimization.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of each client organization and business, including their contracts, stakeholders, and fleet operations.
  • Onboard and ramp up customers, driving adoption and ensuring successful implementation of predictive maintenance.
  • Flag account risks and opportunities, monitor contract renewal dates, and accurately identify customer sentiment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, delivering complex tech solutions.
  • Experience in consulting on implementation, transformation, and change management for tech projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
  • Fluency in English and a minimum C1 level in French.
