Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist

Stratio Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance.
- Manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of each client organization and business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of predictive maintenance solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management or delivery.
- Experience in consulting, particularly in implementation, transformation, or change management projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
