About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance.
  • Manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing optimization.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of each client organization and business, including their contracts, stakeholders, and fleet operations.
  • Onboard and ramp up clients, ensuring successful adoption of predictive maintenance and driving value from Stratio's solutions.
  • Flag account risks, opportunities, and monitor contract renewal dates to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management or delivery.
  • Experience in consulting, particularly in implementation, transformation, or change management projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and create rapport at all levels.
  • Autonomy and ability to work under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
