About the Role

Stratio Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Customer Adoption Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations.

Your Mission

  • Act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance.
  • Manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle, from initial project deployment to ongoing adoption and optimization.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of each client organization and business, including their contracts, stakeholders, and fleet operations.
  • Drive adoption and onboard new clients, following Stratio's implementation handbook for predictive maintenance.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Stratio's implementation handbooks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, delivering complex tech solutions.
  • Proven experience in consulting on implementation, transformation, and change management for tech projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and create rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with the ability to work with clients in these languages.
