About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via various channels
  • Assessing and resolving customer concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Qualifications

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A strong command of German and excellent English language skills
  • The ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Familiarity with the principles of effective communication and conflict resolution
  • A valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
Our Offer

We provide an attractive package that includes:

  • A yearly or 6-?-month contract, renewable
  • Flexible working hours (40h/week, 5 days/week, Mon-Sat 7 AM - 8 PM)
  • Two salary options: 950€ – 1.000€ gross/month (with accommodation) or 1.300 – 1.400€ gross/month (without accommodation)
