Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled French customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal.

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and update records in our system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native proficiency in French.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer management software, with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
Work Schedule:

We offer a competitive work schedule that includes:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day).
  • Days Off: Fixed Sunday + 1 rotational day off during the week.
