About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in scaling our business into new cities and markets. You will be responsible for developing data-driven insights, supporting local teams, and ensuring that our expansion strategy is executed effectively.

Main Responsibilities
- Support country teams in launching and stabilizing new cities, ensuring smooth operations post-launch.
- Develop and maintain expansion playbooks, aligning HQ and local teams on proven market entry strategies.
- Build dashboards and reports to track expansion performance, monitor key metrics, and refine strategies based on data.
- Guide new markets to a stable supply-demand balance, driving customer value and long-term sustainability.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual with 2+ years of experience in operations or strategy. You should have strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analysis.
